- Full Day Kindergarten: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Schedule)

Health and Medical Records
It is mandated by the State of Pennsylvania that all children entering the Kindergarten present documented proof that the following immunizations have been received:
- Four DT (Diphtheria/Tetanus) doses, including one administered on or after the fourth birthday
- Three doses of Polio vaccine (recommended booster after 4-6 years)
- Three doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
- Two doses of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
One dose given after twelve months of age
One dose given before entrance to school- One dose Varivax (Chicken Pox) or documentation of disease
All students are screened yearly under the mandated program as to height, weight, vision and hearing. Student physical and dental examinations are required within four months of entry into school. Tuberculin test is also required no earlier than four months of entry into school.
Medications
No prescription or home remedy will be administered to any student without a written note from a doctor and parent. All medication (in a prescription bottle) must be properly labeled as to name of medication, time to be taken, name of student and grade. (Medications should be sent in for a day or week. It is not recommended that students carry a full prescription bottle to be taken back and forth daily.)
