MMR Pre-School Hot Lunch Program

Our Preschool enjoys the same hot lunch availability as our main school each Thursday and Friday. Thursdays are Chicken Nugget Day supplied by Chick-Fil-A, and Fridays are Cheese Pizza Day. Students in the full day classes and those staying for Thursday Lunch Bunch are eligible for the hot food service at an additional cost. Each month there will be an order form available online for our hot lunch program. The program begins on Thursday, September 15, 2011.If you are interested in your child having a hot lunch, please complete the order form via the link below and send payment (or indicate that you’ll be using your Point of Sale account) to school in your child’s Family Envelope. Checks should be made out to “MMR.”Our Point of Sale system requires the deposit of funds into a family’s lunch account and operates on a declining balance. Families with children in both the Preschool and main school share the same account. These funds are depleted as the student purchases lunch items. When an account reaches a negative balance, a notice will be sent home requesting replenishment. A report detailing lunch purchases can be provided upon request.
A link to the upcoming month’s order form is posted below. Please complete the form online and email it to jjudge@mmredeemer.org. Student accounts will not be charged for the meals until the day they are purchased.
 

 

MMR Lunch Bunch Program
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our Lunch Bunch Program.  Our first Lunch Bunch session will take place on Tuesday, September 20th. It is a fun-filled afternoon of activities and play. This is available to all of our Preschool students. You may register your child for Lunch Bunch even if it is not their scheduled school day.  The activities for each session will always be in your Monthly Notes, posted in the Preschool lobby, and on the Web site. For pick-up you will need to park and come into the Preschool lobby.

Program Availability
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons
11:30 AM to 3:00 PM
(drop-off is between 11:15AM and 11:30AM)

There are two ways to sign-up for Lunch Bunch. One option will be to access the registration form below. This allows you to sign-up a month advance and the form can be completed online and emailed to the Preschool office. Upon its receipt you will receive an emailed acknowledgement. The second option will be the sign-up sheet in the Preschool lobby which allows you to sign-up just a week in advance.
The cost for Lunch Bunch is $8.00 per hour or $25.00 for the full 3 ½ hour Lunch Bunch session. Payment can be made in the form of either cash or check made payable to “MMR.” When signing-up online for the upcoming month please send your payment to school in your Family Envelope in an envelope labeled “Lunch Bunch.” If you sign-up just a week prior please make payment at that time in the Preschool Office.
