“The Church and the world have a great need of Eucharistic worship. Jesus waits for us in this sacrament of love. Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Him in adoration and in contemplation that is full of faith and ready to make reparation for the great faults and crimes of the world by our adoration."
Feb. 24, 1980 - "Dominicae Cenae (On The Mystery And Worship Of The Eucharist)" Encyclical
Mary, Mother of the Redeemer has weekly (Friday) Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament beginning on the Friday immediately after Labor Day, and continuing through May (the Friday before Memorial Day).
Adoration will begin with the final prayers of morning Mass at 7:30 am and continue until 5:00pm. It will come to a close with simple reposition of the Blessed Sacrament. With the Holy Fathers announcement of a Holy Year of Mercy, we like to formally devote our 3:00 pm hour to the recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
We need more adorers to share their time with our Eucharistic Lord to pray for our families, our parish and our country and our world.
