MMR's Music Ministries
Adult Choir
Open to all adults of all ages to sing at Sunday Mass and special Liturgies. Harmony is our forte, yet melody singers are needed too!
Rehearsal is most Thursdays at 7:00 PMContemporary Music Plus
Our MMR Guitar Ministry is composed of individuals of varying and diverse musical backgrounds including guitarists, pianists, flutists, horns, and vocalists.
Weekly rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings.Men's Ensemble
At MMR, we also offer an opportunity for men of all ages to participate within our music ministry especially if time committment may be an issue. This mixed group features voices and instruments, and ministers every 6-8 weeks.
Cantors
Cantors invite the participation of the people in songs of praise and thanksgiving on Sundays and special Liturgies.
Organists/Pianists
New organists and pianists are always welcome to lead and accompany Sunday masses as well as special Liturgies throughout the year. Mentorships are also possible for developing accompanists.
Sound Ministry
Love music, yet more techy than musical - or both? Help us sound our best by using our Sound Sytem IPad to make minor volume adjustments during liturgies.
Training will be provided.
Youth only Music Groups
Laudamus Te
This growing choir includes teens and college students who enjoy singing and/or playing instruments.
Voices of Praise
This ministry is open to all students from our parish in grades 4 through 8 who love to sing or play an instrument. With vibrant liturgical music of the Church, Voices of Praise leads the assembly's prayerful song roughly once a month.
Cherub Choir
Choir for children, ages 4 to 9 years, sing at the Christmas Eve Children's Mass and other occasions.
