Redefining Wellness: Viewing Self-Care as a Sacred Responsibility
Wednesday, Sept 18th 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM Redeemer Hall
Many women hear the words “self-care” and immediately think “I don’t have time for that.” or a variety of other negative thoughts. Others are hesitant to prioritize their own care because it feels vain or selfish. However, no matter your age, vocation, or state in life, God has plans for you and needs you at your best to fulfill them.
How do we practice that elusive “self-care”? Join the Catholic Women’s Group on September 18th as we welcome Janna Kerr, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, wife, mom of 3, and parishioner at St. Maria Goretti in Hatfield. Janna will share with us the model and framework she uses to help her coaching clients to prioritize their health while staying firmly grounded in faith. You’ll also participate in a client-favorite activity and leave the evening with 1-2 specific actions you feel good about taking for your health. Join us on September 18th for an uplifting and hopeful evening.
No registration is necessary. There is no cost to attend.
