  Your family's updated census information, including up-to-date email addresses and cell phone numbers, helps us to better serve you and your family.
  
  Please complete form and provide any Additions or Deletions to your family household in the last 12 months.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Dependents who turn 26 years of age, move out of the family home, or complete higher education should become individually registered as adult parishioners at the parish where they reside.
  
  The suggested family offering for the Annual Census is $200.00 per family. Your offering can be submitted in one of the following ways:
  Via Parish Giving by clicking the button below. Please complete and submit the census form on the right in addition to submitting payment through Parish Giving.

  If you have not already done so, please consider enrolling in online Parish Giving by visiting www.mmredeemer.org/parish-giving and clicking on the Parish Giving logo. Online giving offers convenience for you and provides steady, reliable support for the parish.
  By check (24/7) Drop the census envelope labeled with your family name and the check off at the parish office during business hours, or in the parish office drop box located in the office lobby.
