To schedule an event, please complete the form (below). Direct scheduling questions to Mary Anne Cortez, or call the parish office at 215-362-7400. You will receive a confirmation email once your event is scheduled, if changes are required, or if we cannot accommodate your request.

Facility and AV Equipment Work Order request
Facility Work Order Request: Allows the event coordinator to communicate any special set-up needs required to support the scheduled event.
- The Facility Work Order must be submitted a minimum of 7 days before your event.
- Receipt of all emailed forms will be confirmed by return email from the Maintenance Department.
- Please call 215-412-7101 ext. 531 if you do not receive this acknowledgement.
- Contact the MMR Maintenance Department if you have any additional questions.
